A simulation center serves as a dedicated space for education, cross-disciplinary cooperation, skills development, simulation exercises, research, and testing.
Drammen Health Park is committed to supporting the development of such a center, fully integrated into the collaborative activities taking place in the new health district. We envision shared use of resources, equipment, and expertise among all parties involved in the future. Currently, we are exploring various models and organizational strategies to bring this vision to life.
The primary goal of the simulation center is to create a realistic environment where students and users can engage with practical scenarios, test technologies, and use equipment while healthcare professionals refine their skills and gain confidence in their techniques. This space will foster learning and growth in a secure, cutting-edge environment for all involved.
